Dang, red sits almost as tall as kal now

Two of my tractors blew belts about a couple minutes ago. And my murray needs a new belt and the pully is comepletly crunchy and became part of the transmission i also dont have any money to buy parts i hope i make it

Speaking from experience- unless there is an obvious cause for a destroyed belt then check all pulleys for dents or misalignments...ask me how I know.

You can get belts cheaper on amazon too if you are in a pinch financially. I’m in that same boat.

Ok...I know what I said...one of my buddies just for sure dropped out. So I’m only bringing two trail ready tractors.

I know the belts are slightly off on both swaps one worse then the other but so far the belts are lasting for enough driving time im sure it will make it to haspin and back and still be runnable the front belt on the mower im gonna ride needed relaced because it was the origional belt to the tractor and it was bad. It has a rear pully swap. Also my murray we had to weld the the imput shaft gear on because the shaft chipped in the mst206 and also we welded a pully to the hub that was left on the imput because it was siezed on so badly its part of the shaft now

There’s already 40 ish trikes there, trails are pretty washed out, and the trike guys beat us to our normal camp sites, per @redzz02. This year is gonna be a little different than usual

I’ll be out Wednesday after I get off work. I should get there at like 10:30-11. I’m super excited to go, Cooter and I took the tractors all around town to make sure they were running right, and I somehow lost one of the two bolts that hold my hood on...will need to get a new one before I head out so I don’t throw the hood off miraculously. I have to leave Saturday morning to go to a wedding though

Im bringing two yard machines my murrays transmission is having troubles the other two are fine one needs a belt and a clutch keeper fixed

Saturday is gonna be huge. I’ve heard 400 trikes are supposed to be here this weekend

It was waaay too fun yall thanks for having the event im bringing a real rig next year!!! And dont be afraid to say hi to the mowercycle gang they are awesome guys.

Good time at haspin this year even with the trikes. Had a little carnage too…. Something to evaluate.

Oof...poor lil red.

My mower blew a valve spring retainer broke the front hood mounts the bolts came out of the fascia and my bumper broke off. i got it back to my grandpas and we heavily welded the bumper better then ever and fixed the valve spring retainer now it is ready for upgrades to go back to haspin

Nice! Sometimes it’s good to break so you know what to beef up! Now to find a belt that doesn’t stretch so fast.

Well boys how many still drive and run?

Mine does, but I had to fix the front end enough times I ran through all the spare parts I brought. Wheel bearings, kingpins (separate from the spindle on mine), heck I even had to weld the wheels back together. Was a fun time though, and I’ve got a couple ideas to make the parts that broke stronger

Both mine still run and ride even with red’s damage.
