Haspin 2019 Thread

Man I sure hope I can make it next year... I don't see why not if it's similar dates, MM should be ready, I can spend my birthday there, car'll have about 255k miles on it then... only thing is getting my hands on a flatbed trailer for a week...

All I know is... Simplicity Racing's R&D department is working on some real high tech stuff for the 2020 off road tractor season. So you guys better have your stuff together!

Seems my current plan is to show up at Haspin 2020 as long as everything goes well. At the moment I have plans to completely go over the simplicity adventure edition before then. Also still working on the feasibility of building a brand new machine which would be more competitive with the big HP crowd. If so, I would probably bring both machines out with my dad piloting the adventure edition.

I personally will not make it 2020 as I have other things going on at haspin time.  I am still planning on a 2021 return though!

I don't know that I really have much input other than the military trucks usually have their meet around the 2nd weekend of june. I really like being able to hang out with those guys AND the crowd here.

The girlfriend and I went to haspin last weekend and plan on going the weekend of the 28th. If anyone is interested, feel free to message me.

I may be interested in going. I’ll need to redo the steering in the mk2 first but it’s a possibility.

I’m putting the new engine in the impala first though so it may or may not get done

Look for Steel Soldiers Rally.  ATLTF shares the park with them.  Good bunch of fellas.  Typically about first weekend of June.

Haspin always takes place during the steel soldiers rally at haspin acres. This is stretch44875 and therainbowboxers shindig and they line it up with the steel soldiers rally. They won’t know definitive dates until they are released,

As for myself I’ll be attending once again with my machines and hopefully my new trail truck. I’m trying to get the locals to attend next year, but highboy77 is a baby when it comes to driving or doing anything fun so we’ll see. Going to pick up a truck cap tonight for the new truck so I’ll be sleeping their this year, may have a new rig built by then also and I’d be bringing that. Kinda sounds like this year might be a big turn out. I have my fingers crossed

Okay. Yeah so for now I'm planning on coming, but a lot can happen in 8 months. We'll see.
