Best mowers for a drift/speed setup

as the title states looking for something to turn into a speed/drift mower preferably something with the square hood shapes i love the LT1000 and the john deere 108s if that helps. Any help is appreciated

@BallaSack welcome to the ATLTF!!!!!!! As far as speed and drift mower goes I'm not the best I usually do loud and lifted LOL but I'd imagine you'd want something with an 800 series trans like the John Deere 108 the lt1000s have a Peerless MST 206 or an mst205 and they usually don't hold up too well

This guy's name is my custom go-kart he has a John Deere 108 that he turned into a drift mower I've linked the build video down below he's also just taking a few mowers and put a go-kart axle and a predator 212 in them

yeah his vids are what got me into looking to make one the issue is there are NO 108s in my area (on marketplace,craiglist,etc) unless people are for a ridiculous amount of money may try hitting a few garage sales tho i appreciate the response!

do you know of any other 800 series trans mowers? There are 0 108s in my area and at this point im exhausted of hunting for one thanks for the reply!

I know most of the Murray garden tractors have a Peerless 820

Also if it helps you estate sales have more old tractors than garage sales (at least that's the case here in Texas)

But just a standard Harbor Freight motor with a CVT and a live axle should be pretty easy to swap into one so you don't have to shop around so much. Some of these other guys on here will definitely know
