I cant keep fussing with this im getting sick of mot being able to drive my GT it will barely go around the block the back of the belt keeps jumping off my belt is mabey a little too loose but i cant see that being the cause. It might be but im hoping to use that belt. Because its brand new. it has a keeper on the bottom and the factory top thats part of the transmission brace and it keeps popping off specifically the back i made a new belt tensioner not in the pics and it keeps the front of the belt on when the back started popping off

Is it possible the rear pulley is bent? Or maybe the front and rear pulleys aren't lined up well enough? If those check out and tweaking your existing guards doesn't help all that's left is to make another belt guard, you could always use a long 3/8 bolt with a smooth shoulder, 2 nuts and a lock washer to bolt it through the frame by the looks of it.
They have holes for a guide, but if it was like mine, it didn't come with one from factory. I tried a 633a guide on mine, but it was too small for the pulley.
I'll try to get my Green Machine out later today after work and see if I can get some shots of what I have for ya.

i would just swap a chain onto it since its a side shaft setup
The AYP-122419x (Craftsman version of the 633A) likes the pulley to stop to change gears. ...or hit it just right. Chain would prematurely wear the trans out.

The feont pully has a wobble to it but it doesnt kick on the front after i made a belt guide it just kicks off the back from too much slack
see I do this too...
If your engine pulley wobbles... that would kick it off the trans..
Remember your belt runs counter clockwise. I'm betting a straight shot from the engine pulley to trans on that top side. When clutching the wobble will be amplified and throw it off the back pulley.
Maybe an idler on the top side with a guide to help keep the belt straight. I've got one of those.

It could use more tension anyway and the belt almost hits the dash due to the big ol front pully. Ill straighten the front pully as best as possible and try another guide pully on the topside because that clutch has a massive amount of throw and the belt loosens so much it hits the clutch. Also another problem is when you hit the clutch the pullies dont stop moving and it grinds when you shift my old crusty suburban i used to have did the same thing for some reason but sometimes the belt would stop
