Great news the craftsman is back. I got the trans fixed and welded the diff while i was in there. I also pulley swapped it by putting a 3 inch on the back. I still have lots more to do. I will have pictures up tonight and a video by morning.

I know it does not look like much but at least now it runs and drives again. Very Happy I have alot to do. The first thing is change the pulleys around to make it do around 15 mph. Right now with the 3 inch in the back and the stock 3.5 on the front it is too slow. I think i want a 4 inch on the rear and a 5 inch on the engine so we will see if i can make it work. This will also hope fulley stop my belt from rubbing on the shifter. Also my clutch is terrible and slips all the time. The belt is good it is just the clutch is not strong enough to pull on it. I drilled a new hole in the frame and hooked the clutch spring there but it is still not enough and the spring is maxed out. So i need to build a better clutch or some thing. After i get these things all straightened out i want to make some belt retainers so my belt dont pop off. Another thing is the hood mounts are all bent up and snapped off from the hood. So i want to build a bumper and a brush guard any way so i will build that so it also holds the hood on. Im going to extend the front spindles and the rear axles. Im going to get some big atv tires for the back and put some bigger turf tires in the front. I need to add a bushing where the steering shaft goes throught the dash and a new link with ball joints to replace the one that connects the front tires together. Maybe i might even paint it but we will see.And last but not least the tecumseh is going to get swapped out for a briggs. If the tecumseh does not kill it self first i will put it on a tractor that just stays in the yard. But for the craftsman im going to be looking for a briggs engine with 12 hp or more to replace th 12 hp tecumseh. Im sure theres more but thats what needs to be done for now. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
