Cleaned up a couple unneccessary posts, didn't realize what I said would start something like that...
Let's keep it civil people, talking about who's tractors are better than who's is beyond immature and is most definitely not what this forum is here for.

Okay, maybe I should have thought of that, so let me rephrase this, for those of you who don't have a welder (@Double W Cross Ranch, Me, etc. ) How do you fix.....

Added link to the FAQ to my "how to upload images" in the first section: Our FAQ, and other important information ...which is the only section we can modify on the page.

Man, I went to the scrap yard today. So saddening, I saw two GT's in the crusher right off the bat. One looked to be a 54" GT6000, and the other was a 990ish GT. So saddening...

I was filling up a deer feeder, singing along to George Strait on my phone, when I looked down and nearly crapped myself. 4' Texas diamondback rattlesnake sitting right there, coiled up and ready to strike. I had stepped closer than a foot next to him.
Anywho, needless to say he doesn't rattle anymore. I would have used a knife, and I usually do, but when they are coiled up and alert, there is a 99.9% chance you're going to lose that fight. If they try to retreat, it's super easy to step on their head, which is what I typically do.
Keep your eyes open this summer guys.

Yep, those young Copperheads are the mean ones, they don't know when to let go.
We don't have a pack here, at least not that I've seen. But one of the two are injured and the other one appears to be a mother. And, they aren't afraid of us, so we're gonna have to show them who's boss........ Pull out the 22!

Your right! This is another case of how in the heck is a JD company using MTD parts.
Pretty much everything made by John Deere after 1990 is a piece of crap. A good bit of their stuff for a while was manufactured by MTD and branded as John Deere. John Deere owns Scotts, and branded their tractors, made by MTD, as Scotts. Just like how Husqvarna owns Poulan, Poulan makes Husqvarnas, but Poulans cost $120ish, Husqvarnas cost $300+. It's just a marketing thing for people who can't afford as nice of stuff.

We just picked up this guy for $50. Or my brother did. I didn't like the idea at first but she might be a quick flip. 13hp Tecumseh Enduro OHV, 38" cut, and the same ol' MTD FNR trans. Deck has some cancer but the blades spin real good.
Anyway, I don't think I'll be updating it in the tractor repair thread since it ain't mine.

Mighty is gonna love this... Since I've had issues with running out of fuel in the middle of nowhere on multiple occassions, (I've gotta a lot better at checking the fuel before I leave by the way! ) my Nana gave me this keychain so that I never run out again:
Man is that gonna come in handy!

So uh....I bought another car....and this one spells MONEYPIT lmao
So...allow me to explain myself. I’m in South Carolina for work and my girlfriend is flying out for the weekend. Well, I’m too young to rent a car without a bunch of BS fees....so I bought a car instead! One I can EASILY get my money out of when I go to sell it. Only paid 2400 for a mint 2000 528i
Odometer is a little screwy, reads 632k miles. This interior tells a different story. The car has maybe 100k on it. It’s an automatic unfortunately but it drives nice, no bad noises, brake lights stay on (the one that works anyway) and that’s about it. After a quick wash and vac, and a tank of gas, the broken speedometer has fixed itself. Miles stay the same though. Actually went up by one, and then back down to where it was. Lol I dunno, whatcha think?
