If you like to read: Check out "the Dresden files" by Jim Butcher (first book is "storm front"). Fantasy/Noir.

TV series: I really enjoyed "Hanna" on Netflix.

Outdoors: I love disc golf. Don't knock it till you try it.

I think I might be able to drag my buddy along with me to haspin. He goes by @TheGreenHornet on here. Super stoked for it.

Wheels should be here tomorrow, so I’ll be able to work on the mk2 pretty much all week. I don’t THINK I have any parts I need to wait on so it’s pretty much balls to the wall till the 5th to build the tractor and pack enough firewood to satisfy my buddy’s love of fire. We will be better prepped for food this year too!

TRB, is that Dresden Files book about the Dresden Firebombings? There's a whole bunch of stupid stuff surrounding those, the casualty numbers were really pumped up by the Nazi press to make the Allies seem menacing. Plus they lied about it not being a military related city. Like the Nazis never attacked innocent cities.

Did you know more people died in Dresden from suffocation from fires consuming all the oxygen in an area than burning to death?

Nope. Nothing historical. It is a fantasy noir book series about a wizard in modern day helping the police solve crimes.

I'm a bigger fan of the Rifleman to be honest. That and like Roy Rogers, Andy Griffith, Gomer Pile USMC, stuff like that. I don't watch anything from this generation, hahaha. I watch stuff from my John Deere's generation!!!

Oh yeah! Roy, Andy, Gomer, They're all great! Gunsmoke, The Virginian, only thing I watch in this generation is anything car related and The Voice.

I really like the dukes of hazard and the three stooges. Smokey and the bandit is good too, but that’s a movie

I really love the twilight zone, that's not very cowboy but its from the same generation lol

They always have MeTV on at work so I end up watching most of that stuff but never really follow along. The older humor is pretty stale for me but I get a few laughs from it.

Andy Griffith is probably the best comedy one. It starrs Don Knotts so it's pretty funny most of the time.

Man, after like 3 years of building tractors I'm really struggling to find the motivation to work on or ride them. It feels like I've done everything there is to do, and the outcome of all my builds are the same. Where do you guys find the motivation? I've got plenty of projects to work on. All summer to do it. Plenty of materials to make stuff. I just don't...feel like it.

I have that very often as well, but then I just go outside when im in a neutral mood & have a bit of free time left & see all that Mower Junk chillin & blocking my property & shop & yard & think that this stuff deserves more than just rusting away & go to work!
