Closing on my old house on the seventh. Soon I'll have project time available. I had a big set back two - to three weeks ago and just got word that all is good and were back on schedule.

If u ever saw the movie "the money pit" with Tom thanks in it, that was me and this house.  

It's like I told my realtor " I'm showing up with my own pen that I know works, nothing getting in my way of signing it over".

HAHA.... I know exactly what you mean.  I did more than I should have just out of my own convenience where we use to rent.  I did however make the landlord fix all the more serious stuff.  It had a bad pex job done with water lines and it would blow a joint about every 6 months and do water damage to the house.  It was horrible. Mold growing in the hall ceiling. Lots of water damage.  Then the electric... don't want to get started there, but it blew out 2 UPS's I had and I would have to reset my stand up freezer in the garage at least once a month.   We could not get out of that house quick enough.  Those are just SOME of the house issues... I won't get into the yard issues.

So mighty, now as your an admin, does that mean you ge5 blessed with going over all the build off entries to see if they qualify ? I do not envy your position as there are a lot of build off threads this year. Quite a few first post ones too which i sad.

I will be locking the threads.... I have made it a little easier as I have been marking complete as people go, to narrow down the field to see if they qualify. Doug is still the deciding factor.

Finally got my Sonoma driveable, which means I can get back to work on my mud mower. The before pic of it is from the best looking angle, the other side had huge rust holes in the body and flaking off paint.
