Anyone know of a pod style filter that we can use on these without too much hassle? Also , does a pod filter really screw up the tube on the motor.

I just have stock top mount. It's pretty beat. I'm going to need to buy a new one soon. If I can get a pod one that breathes a little better that would be ideal.

It all depends on the mounting. Youll need some sort of lip for it to slip onto that the clamp will be able to grab onto.

Ya, that's pretty much what I want. I can make a mount fairly easily I just don't know if it's worth the effort.

It is worth the effort if you are going through any amount of water or a lot of swamp terrain.
