Looks good in black. Murray looks nice as well, what did you do to it? Break the spindle? Could you do me a favor and measure the height of the frame?

The height of the frame on the murray or the craftsman? The craftsman has 1 foot of clearance from ground to frame, 6 inches of clearance from lowest point of transaxle to ground (with 18 inch tires) and 8 inches of clearance from front axle to ground. As far as the height of the frame itself is i wouldnt have a clue. And i have not measured anything on the murray as of yet.

Still beating the living daylights out of this thing, can't believe how reliable this machine is. Locker still hasnt happened yet, but i have everything there and ready (i have four ready to be sent out and locked lol) so once that happens i can get this thing back at full force. And how are photos uploaded now? Theres nothing for links or attachments. Or is it cause im to stubborn to use the new version?

I suggest Photobucket or Imgur, Servimg lost a ton of my pics from when I first joined. Could just be me though, dunno. Anyways, heres a link to help: Image Posting for New Members

I think something happened when were revamping the site and all the old pictures got lost. Probably fine now. I used it earlier and all went well.

Photos and links finally work again lol. Thanks to doug for helping me figure it out. Anyways, heres a photo of the transmission carnage on the original foote 3865

So thats sixth gear and a shift key. No case damage so i simply replaced the gear and shift key, and now all i have to do is get it locked. Going to buy pillow block bearing assemblies for the axles so i may get a little extra life out of the trans since it lacks slots for bearings. Next on the list after that is a front pulley swap, some decent front tires and maybe sell? Going to get rid of one of my mowers and i dunno which one yet. Its gonna be a tough decision.
