They don't care at the park. For pulling in and out of campground at night, we try to keep them quiet, or park outside of campground.

So the 11th is my daughters 12th birthday. I probably sound like a terrible parent but I was so excited about this trip I over looked it fell in her birthday. So I have 3 options.

Convince her mom to let me have her for the entire birthday weekend. Which may be tricky as I had her last year.

Stay home to spend her birthday with her.

Or bail in her birthday.

Option 3 isn't a very responsible option and highly unlikely.

I'm a divorced dad, I would just do our kids birthday whenever I had them, before the actual birthday. To much hassle to always have them on the exact day, when they lived with mom.

Birthdays are something that I've never gotten excited about even when it is my own but her mom likes to throw parties and then I have to deal with the BS run around if I don't go or something.

Last year we went on vacation but we came home Friday so that her mom could have her Saturday for her birthday I could just tell him it's a vacation and have her Friday through Monday

I think Im in as well, just got to talk it over with the wife, Ill probably just do friday sat and sunday leave sunday night, or I have to take off work monday too

Well. Right now me mr mod and doug are planning on going. Doug took the days off to go. Mr mod is almost 100% going and im not sure. ill plan and have everything ready to go but not sure if im going to be picking up a job in summer before hand. We are planning as if we are going out wed, staying thurs-sat and leaving sunday.

The park is open to everybody that weekend. Kreepy Krauly and myself are debating on taking our trucks too

Has anyone from on here gone out before? This year will probably be the most tractors showing up so far right?

Im interest but Its a big choice to do Its a 12h trip just to go for me plus I need a passport to go trough the border but its still interesting and more if my builtoff project is in running condition

We have had several who have said they were coming, but no, it's only ever been the Mowrons with tractors at this rally.  Not that we don't enjoy the trip, mind you

With multiple days of great offroading, hanging out, talking shop, etc, you won't be disappointed.

I might take the truck for a bit of a drive but I doubt it'd be in the rough stuff lol 5tons of roadblock would be a bad idea to get stuck D: the Deere will definitely be running laps by then :O

If I've gotta drive 600 or so miles, you guys should have no issues. I'm planning on making it in one shot. See how much stuff falls apart on the way.

Once we get closer, we'll get together on PM to exchange contact info. That way if any questions come up or the NY crew (or anyone else for that matter) wants to caravan with us, we can arrange it.

Might be a good idea. Hope june doesn't come too soon, I still have a lot of stuff to build. Did someone mention there was a stream to drive through out there? Is it in any of the video's? I should have a snorkel I might need to test out.

The streams are pretty shallow, but there is a river you could probably snorkle into... as long as the current's not too swift that day.

Thinking of having shirts made again this year... They would probably be in the $10 - $15 dollar range... color to be determined.

If its not fluorescent pink im going to be disappointed.
