why is it that only administrators can enter the build off because i was going to but im not a administrator and how long will it take to become a administrator

you post your build in the " buildoff announcement and ENTRIES. section. there it gets approved by an admin,

Yes.

The entires section is for only approved entries. The forum with all the announcements, like this spot, is for entries. Once its approved it gets moved.

The build-off ended so the clock stopped counting down a few days ago (when the build-off ended). Now it is counting up until the few days that we are waiting until everyone enters their builds to the finished section. That is probably just a clock so Doc knows when to put the voting section up for the builds.

IDK honestly, but it sorta sounds right, right?

Lol- just kidding. Once it hit zero, as a default it counts up. Simply haven't bothered to remove it yet. It's kind of amusing.
