Are You "FINISHED"?

To all contest entrants...

The deadline is fast approaching! There's only a week left... You gonna make it?

At the end of it all when the checkered flag is waved, we here at ATLTF will be going through the completed build, to determine which ones qualify as finished, to be voted on. I'd like to take this moment to remind y'all that the rules are clear, as to the definition of "complete". Please go back and read them if you have any doubts, we'd hate to DQ somebody because they missed something small but important.

When you DO feel that you're done, please write in your thread "This build is complete". I'm asking you to add this, simply to make it easier to focus on what's finished, and gloss over the unfinisheds.

Where's my exhaust gaskets?! Has anyone seen my exhaust gaskets??? Only a week left!

nope.. not even close. might slap a coat of white paint on and call it good.. lol

I'm basically done in the rules it says for it to be complete it needs to start and drive without messing with the engine witch mine can do that. i'm just going to wait to say my builds complete because i have some parts coming in if they don't show up on time i will say its complete if they do it will make the tractor look a little better

i should win for "most unprepared contestant" I was way over my head thinking id finish it with the wedding, starting to move on the 26th, camp coming up etc. ill update what i have done by the end but no its not done

Wow... We're down to the last couple of days, and it looks like we will be able to count the finishers on one hand- while holding several spark plugs in that hand.

However... I'm going to take this opportinity to remind those that cannot finish in time, that there is no shame. Some valiant efforts were made, some great fabrication work, blood, sweat, and beers. Maybe some tears, too! For those that will not be able to finish by the deadline, I urge you to continue on in your quest to complete what you've started, and I most certainly understand why you wouldn't go thru a least-second toss together. Why work that hard to perfect something, only to break out the bubblegum and duct tape at the last second? Doesn't add up.

For those of you that might be able to pull it off... Tick-tock, tick-tock!

I'm going with what doc said. It's better to try your best and not make it, than to make it "half fast" and get a bad score in judging.

With less than 5 hours to go, I am starting to filter thru the builds to seperate the finishers. IF you are finished and I have NOT yet moverd you to the voting area... Please post "FINISHED" in your build thread!

Doc what are ya doing!?! mines done. just gotta redo the wiring and put the engine back in and put new oil in the tranny and tires and steering and a new front axle and.... oh wait

Oh, and no- I'm not staying my @ss up 'till midnight to close the contest. Y'all got 'till morning...
