406 or 409, I have to run the #'s and look at the paperwork first. |

| body/interior resto-mod, few changes to suspension - take out the powerglide and put in a race prepped 700R4, then use it to cruise to car shows around the state. |

| I WAS going to do a bumblebee theme for my boy but since I see so many of those around I doubt it... I'll probably give it the same color it has now once I find the code in the build sheet, but with rally stripes and/or pinstriping |

| Im still trying to find the part # for the intake, but I know it's an edelbrock. The carb is a 1406, and needs to come off - not giving enough fuel flow. I will get a new metering block on my holley 850 and put it on. Should wake the motor up proper |

When I get time to take the air cleaner off and really crawl around looking for a part or casting # I'll be able to say for sure, cause that has helped me a lot so far figuring it out. AND, the 409ci displacement statement may be in error - but Im not taking the heads off to measure bore... I gotta go talk to this old fart that works at the local napa. He helped build the car in 1976 |
