I mainly like Craftsmans, but a mowers a mower to me.

Craftmen tractors are good for modden.

I've got 3 craftsman s at my house and I'm only using the '80s one, the rest im using for parts. The craftsman mower im gonna use has a 23 hp kohler pro engine, gunna have stacks and be lifted 1' with 30" 4-wheeler tires. I also have a '06 bolens LT with a 15.5hp B&S Intek pulley swaped with 23" 4-wheeler tires.

Sound like some cool builds you should make a build thread and ad pics.
Also the 80s craftmens are tough tractor.
And the bolens i think "Jay Rod" has the same tractor you should check out his build.

i love the older square nosed craftsmen, they are almost indestructible lol, sounds like you have a very good project going, when you start getting more done on it start a build thread
