| I dont know where to buy one but my MTD had a splined pulley on the transaxle and when I pulley swaped it I just bought a normal pulley with a key way slot and a set screw. To attach it I placed it on the input shaft and snapped off a piece of a small screw driver and put it in the key way slot. Lastly I tightened down the set screw and have not had a problem to this day. Its not the right way but it works. | |

| might be able to find a splined hub and get a weld on sprocket for it.
Or find something that has the correct spline, and have it machined to fit a weldable sprocket.

| what was on the original spline, do you have it?
Do you have a pic of it?
know any machinists?
There is always a way, but sometimes it take a bit of work and/or money
Nothing to get freaked over.

| look on craigslist or Kijiji can see if anyone has posted ads wanting to do welding repairs etc. and ask them how much it would cost if you prep it for them and get them to weld it, or go to a garage or something and ask them if someone can weld it up for you, I know where I live I got a couple garages that didn't mind doing it for a couple bucks until I got my own and worked at a machine shop. | |
