New to the this forums and I'm going to start and build a fun race mower and I wanted to know where can I just the pulley that you can weld onto a hub I'm looking for 9" drive pulley and the 1" bore hub so I can get this project going...

Tractor supply has pulleys and hubs that you weld together. There is also some cast iron pulleys out there for cheap too.

Some Tractor Supply, True Value, and Ace hardware stores carry them.

Im not quite sure, (becuse i wasnt intrusted in it) but i dont think that they ship from the cite, maybe just order them to the nearest cite. Sorry i cant help you more.

Most stores wont have them as they are not available everywhere, and they are a DIY kind of thing since you weld the bore yourself.
