Man I took this picture a year ago when I had my hood done up nowadays my poor mower is abused and beat up

I like the wore in look. Rock rash on everything and dents in your hood and bent rims and missing paint all let people know that your machine has been places and done things cheers

lucky rickett’s sears definitely has the most experience of any tractor ive seen

It articulates. Its just the stock sears axle moved up some.

Someone just offered me a mid 70's Massey Ferguson MF8. Haven't talked about price yet, but I know I can get it cheep. Has a hydro, and a good deck. Engine is blown up. Tescumbag. Go figure. I did just happen to build that 10 horse Tescumseh tho..... hmm. I'm thinking about doing that instead of building the LGC. What says the forum?

@Wheelinhorse has an awesome massey build, can’t remember what it was. Its a peerless 2300 with varidrive though. Dont know what hydros they came with but they definitely seem to be stout enough tractors.

MST 206 would be my guess. I found a sheet that says Peerless but not the verion. Possibly a 920 or 930... I don't know much about them.

Yeah, it doesn't have a 1 inch axle. I'd say one of the 9X0 ones.

Id send it I really wanna Kubota swap something and maybe use a right angle gear box to turn the out put to run a manual transaxle and gear the heck out of it, I'll mail you a turbo if you want one @MightyRaze

I've heard they are tough tho. What do you think about the magnums? Guy who has the MF8 has one of those too.

Anything magnum or command is pretty good, to my knowledge. The courages are the ones to look out for.

can't be much heavier than a Briggs i/c cast iron completely dry that engine weighs 120 lb

I paid 20$ for a Cub cadet cc30h with a 382cc chinese engine (drain plug broke and dumped all the oil out and seized) what are y'all's thoughts should I
A. Yank the seized engine and sell the rest for 20$
B. Use the no time I have to fix the engine and make not enough money off of it for it to be worth it.
