No real updates, I did however score a pair of tires for the rear for $30.

Those tires are COOL! They look like mini rock-bouncer tires, haha.

$30! If I could get tires for that much all my mowers would have new ones on 'em! Great deal man!

Had to drive an hr one way, but thought it was worth it!

I really need to get started on this again.  I've been out of pocket now for a while.  I was working on Kal and Red to get them ready for haspin.  Still need to change their oil.  

This build needs the rack turned over so I can get it back on target.  I have the plate to weld on to turn it over, but I am out of welding rods.

I did have some camping fun this weekend.

I actually wrenched on the tractor for 15 minutes and removed the rack and pinion.  Now to make the mod I need to turn it over on the bracket I made previously.

Wrenched for an hr on the Patriot and got the rack and pinion issue turned over and resolved.  Also put in a pin on the steering column to keep the steering shaft in place.  Wrenching on it will be may be paused for a little while.  I do not know, but I'll put something into it here and there..

I was waiting for a worker today to start the fence to separate use from the neighbor.  He was a no show today.  Probably a good thing as her pool people flooded our backyard today.

On a positive note, I needed some wrench therapy, and did some work on Patriot today.  Got the steering tower reassembled and fuel tank and lines installed. 





I haven't decided on front tires yet. I also have not figured out final paint yet.  I have several ideas from easy to pretty detailed for the body paint.  Dash has not been repainted as of these pix.

wish i could get my hands on a horizontal oppy for my craftsman and get that belt and pulley up were it belongs they are a tricky thing to find around here !

Wow, I've really missed a lot with this one. Like a cleaner version of what I'm doing with my GT6k, nice.

I ended up having to add an idler due to the double pulley clutch mine has.  At this point, If I could figure out how to sit on it, it should power itself around.

Sit on the fuel tank, it'll be fuel injected for a short while lol

I should have some time on saturday to work on this thing! Got the rear fenders stripped of paint. Now to clean it and repaint. I also have a few holes I would like to fill. I may just put bolts in them for now as I may want them in the future. I have a few Ideas that may be post competition.

Last update till after Hapsin...

Time to work on those front wheels and tires.  The county was having a free tire disposal drop off today.  Needless to say I rushed out and stripped those old tires off the rims.  A few other worn and checked tires and hauled them off.  Putting those 18's on those rims.



Got the rims cleaned up and painted this morning.  This afternoon, I got the tires installed.  Easiest install ever!



Installed back on the tractor with some dust caps.  Looks good to me!  Also raised the front end back up level to match those enormous rear tires.
Hood is just sitting on the tractor to get it off the floor and out of the way.  As you can see, there has been a little moisture seepage in the garage from all the rains.  We are over a foot for the month of May and our norm is 3 foot a year. We have some places near that have around 25 inches for May.
