like @prancstaman said, strip down everything on that scooter, you may even be able to use the tires as front tires if you could find wheels that will fit them and your hubs/axles, they would make good road tires and should easily handle the speeds you want to achieve, just about anything off that scooter may be usable

Is there no engine on that scooter? I'd say go for it.

maybe, AFAIK the new Engine I want to use uses CDI Ignition, this POS too, but it doesn't really work on that POS here, that's why I gave up on it
A new harness that would fit the Engine I waht to use is about 30$ with switches and stuff but it's for a motorcycle or ATV, so I would have to mod it.

finding rims that will fit them would be really hard, since not much good stuff is available here, and if it is, it's really expensive

it has a 50cc 2 stroke Engine.

I could sell it for 105$ like it is now. Sell it or would that be stupid since the most parts I need are on it, and they're expensive?

Glad you got some Ideas.  I know the building funk and lots of life getting in the way.
