the only plus side to this deal imo, is he now has a wreck he won't feel bad about ripping apart for spare parts, well I guess there's 2, the lady he traded to has informed us she is moving soon and the house she is in now is going up as a cfd, and at a price we can afford, as long as the down payment isn't overly high, we've been looking for a place to buy on contract for several yrs, and this is something that suits our needs perfectly, 4br with a full basement and a large garage to store our projects in out of the weather, it's in decent shape and all we can find wrong is a few cosmetics and a section of the roof that needs attention, not an urgent problem atm and not a big deal as we both have experience in roofing

Make a build thread for the Snapper idea or we're no longer friends. Hehe.

My plan is to put the oppy in the snapper, but we'll see i guess. Not sure if its thread worthy

It sure as heck is!

The oppys do not fit at all on the stock mounting of the holes. I tried lol.

There's this magical thing called a drill bit that can make its own hole lolol

Gotta rotate the engine so the carb points out the left. Then it should fit.

That's why Craftsmans are nice I guess. I did an engine swap from single cylinder to oppy and there was already holes punched out for it.

On mutt it has holes for single and oppy, which means i can also have 90* rotated oppy(which as much as i want it to, wont happen)

Whatever. Fitting the engine in is still a tight fit. And getting proper drive plate placement could be interesting.

That's what makes it fun! Just doing simple, straight forward stuff all the time would be boring. Hahaha.

Ehhhh, that depends who you ask. Everyone has they're own building style, haha.

Yup. Very true, I do prefer spending money on builds but it's just not practical generally to put lots of money into fun machines, so the cheaper the less quality work put in it.
