It has been a tough 2 months here at the MightyRaze house.  I lost my Aunt back first week of April, to quickly be followed by my Wife's aunt.  My wife's parents are from the Ohio area so they were back there with family.  While we were down here in Oklahoma taking care of their animals they had.  During that time her dad, came back for a week to take care of things.  In that time their Dog died too.  Before he could determine when he was going back, we had to take him to the airport as my Wife's grandmother passed on as well.  While all this was going on, I mentioned my dog had cancer removed from his leg.  We had a 50/50 prognosis it was removed.  Well, here we are 2 months later and his wound is just about cleared up.  It is about the size of finger nail.  Bad news, I have found 5 more tumors ranging from the size of a marble to the size of a lime.  So the wife and I are just going to monitor and make sure he is comfortable for the rest of his life.  No sense chopping up an old dog making him suffer just to remove a tumor that another may pop up a few weeks later somewhere else.  I have been able to get a few hours of work done in the past month, but nothing at the pace I was last year.  It helps to clear the ol' noggin.  This next week we are headed up to Ohio on a whirlwind trip to get a few of my In-Laws items and lay some flowers on my wife's grandmother's grave since we were unable to attend the funeral.  So, after the next few weeks, I should be online more and more updates.  That is the hope.

Sorry to be a downer today.  I did attempt to make a foot gas petal contraption this week.  I'll get some pix later today.

Oh, and I will be waving at those headed to Haspin on the way back from OH.

Wow.....sounds like you've really been through the wringer Mighty... Really sorry to hear about all that, hope things clear up for you real soon. The folks here at ATLTF are rootin' for ya!

Nice work.  Looks like you need to add a return spring somewhere but I like that design a lot.

I do plan on a spring in there as well.

Finally some progress today.  Last time I will have good progress until next Thursday, so I put all I could into it tonight.

Finish up the foot throttle for now.  Still some tweaks I want to do to it.  It is not installed yet.



I finally installed the hood more "Permanantly" along with the bumper I made.



Also did some light tests as well.

No lights.

*NOTE!...The small tree is at 25 feet and the corner of the yard is at 120 feet.

Looks good Mighty! The night vision with your light setup should be great to have. Do your front wheels have some negative camber or is it just a bad picture?

I think it does have a little bit of negative camber.  Not sure where it came from unless it is due to me putting some positive caster in it.  Maybe it will help me turn.  LOL

Installed the foot throttle.  Works well.  No video of me revving it as it was almost 10pm when I did it.  I think it may be ready for a mini stroll to check things out.

I would like to, but I may have to reroute my oil drain first. Funny thing. The new plug is leaking too.

Right now, I am thinking duals, but I am also contemplating 2 into 1. I'm about 70/30 in support of duals.

Are those Lights the stock lights, or brighter bulbs put in?

That is my current struggle with the duals.  If out the rear, I need to keep that in mind should I build something there.  Out the sides under the floorboards, I may need to think about noise level.

They are PAR36 LED lights I got off amazon.

Working well so far. I haven't put belt guides in yet on the engine and have yet drop it. I think once I get those on, it may be almost bullet proof.

LOL, AK is the suspension guy! Yeah I have a belt twist on the sasquatch as well. This one is by far WAY better designed. LOL

Yeah sorry I meant AK is the suspension guy. I was ahead of my thumbs and thinking of you and your belt twists lol. I ruined my own joke

Could you post so.e pics of the setup sometime? I am considering doing a twist on my machine.
