| hey guys, my boss has 2 jd 318's and 1 317, all 3 have independent brakes for both rear wheels. i want to get my hands on one, remove the front steering, put a solid axle on the front and get some old tractor tires, cut the side walls out and use them as tracks.. not the whole side wall but just a little bit that way it will form to the tires as a track but keep the tracks on the tires. i know a guy did it with a zero turn so why not? obviously it wont turn 360 on the dime, it would more or less be a skid steer. i think if i let all the air out. fight the "tracks" over the tires, then blow them back up it should work right? i want the same look as the picture but not the same track setup. or maybe even big truck tires like worn out semi tires? i drive wrecker and we have pig recaps on our flatbeds... maybe i could get a few and cut/bolt them together? what do you guys think? https://youtu.be/eKx9M6qUIBY | |

| Should be doable as long as the track tire isnt too heavy that it doesnt conform. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures
