Named after the location of JC Penney's first full-line, shopping center department store in 1961 located at Black Horse Pike Center, in Audubon, New Jersey. This is a Monster tractor build of a 1990 JC Penney's Lawn Handler. It's not been run for decades, and checking the 12 HP Briggs, it is locked up solid. So, first to revive it or replace the engine with a larger twin I have in the shop corner... Then Frame lift and all the mechanical magic it takes to achieve a deck height of 42" on 35" tires. Needs to be completed by Memorial day to run in the local parade so this should be the first completed entry.

OOOooo a lifted mower. Looks like you got a little bit of work cut out. Good Luck!
I think the hard part will be the axle/hub connection to the wheels. Don't have that in my minds eye yet. The rest is welding and cutting. I may use a servo to remote the transmission shifts rather than kludge up some manual extension. Maybe a shift from rotary knob on the dash. Then I can clean up the clutter and non-essential control bars/handles on the body and fenders.
It will likely need a BAB (big A## bumper) with a winch for effect and some 10K Lbs. D rings. Maybe a drop hitch in the rear and if time a lifted wagon to pull...
