| Might have to split the case, remove the retainer clip for the gear and pull the shaft. With it out of the case, you could put it in a vise or a pipe to hold the pulley and nail the shaft out of it. But then again, you have a center bolt holding the case together along with the outer bolts. Would be hard to just pull on the pulley till the clip that holds the gear on inside pops off, but is doable. | |

| Did a little work on the mower, , I stripped her down to her frame to start working on the clutching and jackshaft. , removing unnecessary wires. , moved the clutch assembly forward about 6 '', to make room for the jackshaft. | |

Went to home depot and bought a pvc pipe cap and a section of pipe.cut the pipe to desired length, then push it into the cap. Drill a hole in the center of cap and bolt in place. | |

| So the reason why I haven't posted anything in a while is because I decide to cut out the radius arm suspension, due to every time I would steer the axle left or right, the axle would tilt forward or back. So now I plan on doing a tall Independent suspension in the front for better cushion going over bumps. If I can find a front end of a 4 wheel such as an old Polaris trailboss, which would be nice, I could use it and weld it to the existing mower frame. | |
