| Well, I kind of dissappeared a couple months ago. Been kind of hit and miss in the forums. Well, I've had some changes myself. My wife and I had been renting since we got married. Over the past 2-3 years we have been looking to get our own home. Something that we can call ours, something that we are paying for ourselves not for someone else. We found a pretty nice house for a good price in an area that we were looking to move to! It needed a little work, but nothing we could not handle. It has a really nice yard too. Right now, for a building it has a 3 section building, left has concrete floor, middle is raised wood, and the right is gravel. Off the back is a lean-to of similar width of the whole thing. The previous owner did run electric to it, but nothing over a standard 20amp 110 plug. But hey!...My 7 tractors fit in it with some extra room. My plan is to replace this cluster to a shop. I have been looking around and pricing some stuff. Maybe in the next couple years. There you have it! I hope to have a greater presence here again like back in Nov. I'll try to hit up the chats again too. been a lot of rental movies as down time from packing | |

| It is exciting! It's about 1.5 acres. There is an empty 3 acre lot directly behind that my wife has told me we should possibly look into. I've taken my murray over it a few times. It isn't flat like the yard and has a small washout running through it. Only issue is I think they would want almost the same for that as I paid for the house? | |
