Ya I actually have a few questions I am building a 211-3 wheel horse rock crawler and I need some advise how do I make it go faster it has a smaller pulley and bigger engine it is only a 3speed so I am thinking a 7 speed transaxle

What size pulleys are you using now on the engine and transmission? Depends on how fast you want to go. You can search through the forum with the search bar deal too and might find something. More gears would probably give you a better selection to work with once you have it geared up. Especially if your rock crawling.

That is what I was thinking it has 3 speed so I think I might put a 7 speed in but what do you think of a winch should I get one or not

Welcome! With regards to speeding up, most of us who have off road mowers run a 1-1 ratio, meaning that both pulleys are the same size.

OK so I need so help I am building a rock crawling Mower it has a smaller pulley on back and it had a 12 HP 1 cylinder and I put a 14 hp 2 cylinder and all new pullys on bottom I plan to get new mean tires but the thing is it still is super slow I think it is because it has a 3 speed transmission so I plan to put a 7 speed in so if any of you guy have so advise or tips it would help a lot thank you

Have any pics of the tractor? And I don't know how to change the time zone, never bothered to. mine says I posted at 11:04 and its 9:04 here. It doesn't make any difference really.
