| M-99 (1999 Murray) This used to be a 1999 murray wide body, 42" 17HPIC Briggs oppy, pearless hydro. got for free from my neibors about 4 years ago. (More Or less) they were going to scrap it. Frealess front gave me the want for it and thanks to him, im in what im in now. now, it has........ DONEMST-205 LOCKED WITH MY EZ-LOCKER! NO WELDER OR MELTING ZINK! https://www.atltf.com/t4339-lock-with-out-a-welder-or-melting-zinkcustom under-seat shifter 18 HPIC briggs oppy 1:1 pully swap, dual pully clutch, (WAS STOCK! added a idler though) MR.gasket gas pedal 2500 traveler (TSC) winch OH-S*** handles custom hood mount. (The hood is NOT the orig hood) Brakes are operated by the old gas lever Whole re-wire. nothing will run with out the key in place, the engine will run and charge, but it can not be started better front tires and hubs steering stops RE-Enforce front end (first one bent, then i totaled it by hitting a tree ) (The old 17HP oppy, i ran it out of oil, then it had a rod nock on the right cylinder, then i got the MTD, here: https://www.atltf.com/t4330-honda-mtd-buildtook the 18HP off of that, and put it on M-99. TO DO12 volt outlet idiot lights extend front bumper rear rack? rear receiver hitch Brake Pedal Exhaust header and under body style exhaust (Like Fearlessfront, but with a twin!) MORE LIGHTS! (not like i need them) Alternator maybe? I THINK that's it............... this post is for the up-to-date Working pics: so, got the tranny and took it out, found out this thing is a submarine! i sunk it to where you saw none of the wheels! i had to winch it out once, and was able to push it out another time.

Is that the ol' throw-in-a-second-set-of-spider-gears? Or have you got a neat trick up yer sleeve? Just one, two wont sit properly (Trust me, i tried about 60 times!), and it works with the standard mst bull gear. with the rounded inside. yes, your tranny vid made me try it. so.... thanks | |

| Note: the tranny case blew because i was a dumbo and didn't put the tabbed bushings in place. not because of the locker. | |

| Subject: how to make a brake pedal from old deck parts December 26th 2014, 7:48 pm | |
| ok so im going to put on a brake pedal, i started working on it today. parts needed: grip (From murray deck engagement lever) deck level hard ware 1999 and newer. (i Think) curl spring. cut grip about here, then put on short end. this is how the pedal will be set up.... then take small peace of grip, and cut of rest of the ribs... then the now spacer will fit in the spring like so.... now bend the hook end of spring like this.... then i drilled a 11/64 hole for the other end of the spring to fit in. measure/position this from the hole with the notches in it. not the hole you see here.... then the spacer goes here then it goes together like this now to keep it from springing back past the spring, put a hose clamp on it and give it some paint it will then be mounted like this and then i will have a cable going straight to the brake lever. i should change my username to picture man

| was at my part time job a mower repair shop and saw some wheels and tires they where throwing away, they are 16x6.5x8 i think, and they have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern, so i will upgrade my front wheels. now, i have an old traller axle and tires with 4 0n 4 bearings, how could i expant the spindal shaft size from 3/4 to prob 1 i think idk for sure what the axle size is. small trailer wheel bearings should be able to thake the abuse of off roading, so i need help on how to do that. | |

| ive been modifying the stock spindles to use these hubs. the spindle is 3/4', and the hub is 1, so i got some collars(for lack of better words,) to expand the 3/4 to 1. the spacers are tak welded on, i haven't done the other spindle yet then i drilled and taped some 3/8 bold holes to hold on the hub on one, i went 1' deep, then realize that that's two shallow, so i will cut this bolt short, the other one i went 1.5', and its perfect. that's all for now, i will get pics of the hubs when get home | |
