| i just mount a 1 7/8 ball on all my tractors on the stock hitch, and on one of them i have the bagger mount, so i can have a ball like usual but it also has a removable bar in it for chain, rope, or tow strap | |

| On my White LT12 i reinforced the stock hitch area with a piece of 1/4" angle under it - i bolted it to the stock chassis bolts inside - ive hauled some serious weight with it. Heres one i got with a tractor years ago- i mounted it on my 96 MTD before i took it apart : It was made from a heavy piece of steel - on the MTD i just used two bolts to hold it on the tractor- i still have the hitch in my shed. My GTII also came with a heavy duty hitch . A lil bit of steel and some welding and you can make a good strong hitch. | |

| I just have a pintle hitch bolted into my back plate. It works fine for me. And holds alot of weight the front end will lift up before it bends the metal | |

| I use the stock hitch on the Rally. 3/16" thick with a flare at the hole works fine. I have a 1-7/xx" ball that fits it but no trailers with a tongue so I leave it off. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures
