Do you kneed to buy a special rear pto kit to get 1000 rpm pto on a gohn deere 322 or 318

I want to get a tiller for mine and I was just curious if I need one there is already a small pto shaft out the back but it is not the right 1000 rpm pto scize it is small and way back under the seat

to get the PTO to the rear, you have to unbolt the whole shebang and flip it so it points backward. im not familiar with the 318, but thats what one of my friends who has one is telling me. i guess there is a gearbox or something underneath?

as far as manuals go, John Deere should have it on their website

I also have an outher question can you take a snow plow off a x738 lawn tractor or any miodles alike and install it on a 322 or318 JD
