| is it safe to run a peerless 700 tilted 90degrees backwards? (the input pully standing horizontal) | |

Yea, but keep the input downwards, (90 degrees but lowest to the ground), so it stays lubricated. | |

| yup, snowblowers come like that, like TD said, keep it so the input is low. either that or drain the oil and re-pack w/ grease
