What kind of connecting rod does my B&S 12 hp have? HELP!

I cant find it any where on the internet. Im wanting to put a billet rod in it and buy a tac for my new racing mower im building. I will probably be turning it 4500-5000 rpm. I need to know the length of the rod and where is the best place to order it thanks

Is it a flatty? And try find your engines serial number, model number.

Check out Heymow.com, they are fairly dedicated to mower racing. They have a ton of information on building up engines and the like. Not to turn you off from here or anything but they have a lot more experience in that form of thing.
