April 28th 2014, 10:12 pm Doc, I think it was you that found bearings that would fit the peerless 930, to support the axles. Can you tell me what bearings those are? I was cutting the knobs on my tires today, and noticed that there is a HUGE amount of play in the 'drivers side' axle, on mine!

Or just word your question so it is more generic and not specifically calling on ome specific person as lots of people may have the information. Thanks.

I'm still gathering parts numbers- while the axle bearings from an 800 will work, they are a lot more expensive than need be.

November 7th 2014, 5:22 pm well I just found this topic because of the same problem with my 930. Since I am locking my axle I will be adding the bearings as well .I just typed in peerless bearing 780119 into the search on ebay and bought them for 11$ for 2 shipping included .
They are aftermarket but who cares.

These are the bearings to go in the outer axle housings, correct? To replace the non-existent bearings from the factory?
That is, they go over the axle and into the recess in the housing here, right?

Cheap? Make a FNR transaxle and a simple variable pulley and do away with the complicated gear box all together. But… then build a hydrostat. LOL
so, does anyone know for sure if this is the correct bearing?
Where’s that
