I'm not really sure if what I am thinking of is right, but I think that is another kill wire. One of them goes to the fuel solenoid and the other kills the motor. Thats what I came up with while rewiring my V-Twin.
Not 100% sure though.

I know these have a double diode on the kill wires to the coil, if they fail, engine will run erratically, or only on one cylinder. If you disconnect both kill wires, it will run just fine.

I thought on my V-Twin that one wire went to the Carb and one went to the coil. Because before I added the extra wire to the coil it would kill it by cutting off the gas.

Ya the one on the Housing is for the Coil kill.
And the Wire is the Fuel shut-off.

V - 1# Decide how I'm gonna do the steering column. V - 2# Do the steering column. V - 3# Cut the Hood for the NOS tank, and decide on dash, (Might be a semi dash). V - 4# Cut the hood hinges and modify them, so they don't hit the engine. V - 5# Make a Custom grill, and cut the front of the frame to fit the grill and Oil Cooler. 6# Weld up some light holders. 7# Cut and flare the rearfender, and weld it. V - 8# Make mounts for the rearfender, and make the needed hole for the Peerless 700 (if any). 9# Make a hatch for the 700 location, rivets? V - 10# Receive the 40T sprocket so i can mount the Peerless 700. Neutral V - 11# Bolt the engine down and the rest of the drivetrain, to see if there's room for a "normal" clutch and find the best location for a tensioner pulley. 12# Hook up brakes, decide where the pedal will be located and weld it in, and make linkage for it. 13# Find a suited mounting location for the throttle and choke cables, and mount them. 14# Decide how to do a shifter. 15# Run electronics, and find room for everything. 16# Adjustments. 17# Tweaks. 18# Year 2018 DONE!

I'm thinking about dithcing the Rearfender for now too, well still not sure. But the reason is IF I want to put on bigger tires. I can't with the rearfender there. And I'm thinking I want to use the JD110's Original Goodyear Tractor tires on this.
Tho I'm unsure if there is a 5-lug hub for 1-1/4 inch axles?
