The pre-inflation with the tubes is interesting. What I did to stretch my rears? I "installed" 4 spray paint cans in each tire, and left them like that for a week. They mounted and beaded easily.

Sort off, it's not that important with this wheelbase, - KIP and so on is more important.

LOL I know. - Might have to go Radio Controlled in the end  bounce

What ya guys think? Rearfender or NO rearfender?
Like you can see it will be lots of work to shorten it and flare the wheel archs, but I think its kinda cute lol

I like how the rear end sits (giggity) but it definitely needs the foot pans lowered, even'd, and hole thing shortened

Definitely requires a little bodywork massaging- but I love the way it's going.

Yea, but not by alot. Since I might put a "fake" mower deck below those again.

So how I see it, I can do it two ways, (rearfender massaging) - a difficult way, and an easy way.
Either cut the front of the fenders so I keep the front part and weld it back on further back.

The difficult way:

TD's John Deere 210 R - "Help I Shrunk my John Deere 210"! - Page 11 78abc5ad-5d84-4692-9059-3f2d4cfbd909_zpsfb2e0876

The easy way:

Also need to shorten it about 2-5" in the back (to get the fender to hug the wheels). - and also drop the footboards like red was mentioning, cut and weld in a piece 2-3".

No sense taking the easy way out when you've come THIS far! It'll look better in the end, anyway.

Should look pretty cool when it's done. It does make it a pain to shorten up those fenders with all the different angles like that. Not sure what I would do there.

Ya Im still working on it (in my head how to start on it). Maybe just brace it across with some angle iron, then let the angle grinder rip through it.
But I think Ill need to brace it before i cut it.

The K&N adapter fitted nicely, tho it still need to be drilled for the Vacuum Hoses and so on.

aaaaaAHH, out of welding gas for the MIG! - and the bottle is not approved to re-fill here!  Mad  Major set back, - Solution Idea , maybe get fluxcore wire for it.
If not I will have to be TiG'ing it all, and I don't want that.

And I dont think Im gonna need to lower the footboards, like you can see from this picture. (they will get even lower when I cut it). So that's a good thing.
