| Get yourself a Mikuni diaphragm pump. Should have no problem feeding your engine. Tap into the intake manifold for a vac signal. | |

| I'll look into witch one would be cheaper, I found a 2-4 psi electric one for 22$ and you sent the link to the rebuild kit for one! I'll look at how much the whole pump costs lol | |

| Hey I've got one of those mucuni pumps from my Kawisaki that I took off when I put it on my Murray to replace the sized powerbuilt. If you want it, you will have to pay for shipping but I will give it to you for free. | |

| 1997 Murray, thanks but I want to use an electric one, BECAUSE Doc the intake on this is literally no more than an inch in witch the actuall carb goes into it a lil over a quarter. Not much room to put a vac hose on there, is there another place I could put it? | |

| well im in florida hes shippin me a tranny and offered to put in a mikuni diaphragm pump he had. but i dont see were i can "tap" into the intake manifold on this engine becuase it is so small... so i found a 2-4 psi electric pump for 22$ and will probly have to go with that one. the next update on this thing will be finishing the seat mount. | |

If you're not confident enough to tap into the intake, you can draw a pulse from other places, such as the crankcase itself. | |

| I would tap into intake if I could... Lol there is literally no room, crankcase is an option being there is a vent in it would it not vent correctly if it was hooked to a pump? | |

| You still need the crankcase vent. Remind me: Without me going back- what kind of engine you got... L-head or OHV? | |

| Could get a can of that rubber spray stuff or just paint plastidip into the battery holder. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures

| If you get a can of plastidip you could keep painting it till it fills the gap. Although if its being held down moving shouldnt be that big of an issue. If the bottom and sides of the battery are protected itll be fine. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures

| I think it's about an 1/8 inch gap at every contact point, I'll figure something out and yea, it's going to be held down tight but just for some insulation I guess, less vibration witch there shouldn't even be any lol | |
