| Hi, I am looking for a 5" on 5.5" wheel hubs that will fit on a 1 or 1 1/4" axle. I know that older tractors have wheel hubs that are 5 bolt, (wheelhorse etc.) but I do not know if one is made with the specs listed above. Can someone help me? I am looking to build a monster mower, with an axle like a go kart, and I cannot find a wheel hub that I need. Thanks, D | |

| The older tractors with 5 bolt hubs are 4 1/2 inch circle. If you have to have 5 1/2 inch you will have to make your own. | |

| Make your own.. just use a set of old stock wheels then cut a circle out of the center out of it and drill your bolt holes.. Very simple.. then tack weld some sturdy bolts in it and use sturdy nuts as lugs or actually lugs but if you use regular lugs, be sure lock tight.. | |

| You can always go with the 4 1/2 inch setup, hubs are easier to come up with. | |

| Finally something I can add some $.02 to. I took the rear brake drums from a Ford F150(5x5.5"),cut the center circle out and welded some 5x4.5" GT hubs to it. Worked out great! | |
