| Looks pretty good, and a testament that you don't need huge cubes to go fast (a topic that has come up lately), nor a huge budget (related).
What other mods have you done, or do you plan- most notably brakes, steering, throttle, etc etc etc?

| i have a ghetto direct steering (i'll probably kill myself with it) i fabricated a pedal for the clutch out of 3/4 aluminum which is attached to my double pulley clutch by cable and i am using bike brake handles and cables as brake and throttle. i am using 1" threaded pipe as my straight pipe, but i'm not sure is 8" will cut it?
i need some tires since some punks at school stabbed them with there knifes and i'm almost out of money >.>

| That thing looks great!
Id like to build a 35-40mph "racer" at some point. I would like to lower the seat down, but I see you stretched it out and Im thinking I may do that too...

| Can we see some more detail on your steering set up? I see the column going over past the engine, but that's it. With regards to your exhaust pipe- 8" is probably not ideal (you're likely losing a bit of scavenging) but it's certainly not going to hurt anything. If you've threaded the pipe directly into the port (convenient, ain't it?) I suggest some T-tape, pipe dope, or anti-seize. It doesn't take very long before a steel pipe freezes in an aluminum socket, and it can be a royal PITA to take it out later should you wish to.
Some more detailed notes on the driveline would be great, too!
