Here is another one of our projects. My friend and I build up this 73 Gremlin-X that he bought off ebay. Originally it had a 258 inline 6, then we swapped in a mild 360 AMC v8. He wasn't happy with the power, over winter we swapped in a GM 4.8L LS V8. Has a TH400 with a manual valve body and trans brake. Circle D converter 4500 stall. GT45 Ebay turbo. Megasquirt fuel injection.

So far made 535hp on a bad turbo. We've yet to re-dyno it with a good turbo.

Now that is just fantastic! I sure do miss AMC. They had some really cool offerings. In addition to the Javelin and the AMX, I thought the Gremlin was cool, and so was the Hornet. And the 4x4 Eagle? Way cool.
