How do I covert the choke ? Empty
PostSubject: How do I covert the choke ?   How do I covert the choke ? Icon_minitimeJune 8th 2013, 7:18 pm

I was wondering if anyone could assist me.
I am wanting to take the throttle that is currently
on the dash and transfer it to a pedal. I have a
Poulan tractor.

Thanks,

Craig

Get a good look at the mechanism on the engine. You will see that at max throttle travel, it actuates the choke. You will have to disconnect the choke from that mechanism. Then you can run your throttle how you like it. Use a separate actuating cable (maybe even the original dashmount throttle control) to tie into the choke and actuate it separately.
