wiring diagram for a 18hp vtwin b&s I/c

i cant figur out the wiring! i wont turn over and i cant get spark! it turns over if i send power right to the starter thoo, so i know the motor isnt seceesdd

It could be safety switches. If you have removed them, you need to bypass the wiring in some cases. There are basic wiring diagrams posted somewhere, and fearless front did a video on how to do it as well I believe.

I just noticed the wiring diagrams arent stickied to the top of the forum. Ill search through and see about it getting them up.

Start by unplugging the kill circuit wire from the engine. If you're unsure, go ahead and unplug both connectors for the test. Now, apply power directly to the starter and check for spark.

To help me identify the kill wire for you, take pictures of both the electrical connectors going from the engine to the chassis.
