| 1994 Ford F150, extended cab with 8ft box. 4X4, 302, automatic, power everything. My truck, I do a lot of scrap hauling and it does it just fine. 2001 Chrysler 300M , the grocery getter. 1974 Honda CB360, current project, gonna turn it into a cafe racer. Name brands? I buy what I can afford at the moment. I have had Chevy's, Fords, Dodge, GMC, Toyota, and Plymouth. A car is a car, truck is a truck and bike is a bike, if you can afford it buy it, if you cant then buy something else. | |

Those trucks look awesome jacked up like you have it. My local fire company puts on a Mud Bog a few times a year and I enjoy seeing all the rigs that come.

| Personally ive owned Fords since i started driving- mainly because pop would buy Ford cars n trucks- ive driven my sisters 91 civic ( thing was awsome - i wanted to buy it , but she traded it for a hyundai) - wife had a 2001 mustang ( for a 6 cyl it would boogie pretty decent- had it wound up to 90 mph down the interstate- fast as i dared to go)- sold that n bot a 2007 kia rondo V6- its a nice car- i like it - just wish it had a tad more leg room ( dash is a bit too wide near the shifter).
I really like my 99f150 - bot it new ( has 80,000 miles on it) - i liked and miss my old 89 ( ran awsome for many years but EFI wiring all went to sh*t @ 90,000 miles - engine still had a ton of miles left on it) - my 75 LTD had 130,000 miles when i sold that ( used too much gas) .
I really liked my moms old cars- a 78 LTD II- that was an awsome car - i always wanted to put mags on that - damn northern rust finally took its toll - car had like 200,000 miles on it. She also had a 85 crown vic- i really liked that car- i wanted to buy that off her and custom mod it- unfortunately some arsehole smashed the crap out of it .
My dad has had some great trucks too - 79 f150 had like 350,000 - that too rust took care of it - had an 88 F250 with a 351 for years- rust also got that after 200,000 miles - he still has his rusty but solid running 87 F250 with a carbed 460 big block , and a practically brand new 97 F250 with a EFI 460 big block.
I told my wife when it possibly comes time to get rid of the 99, id take the rondo and she can get whatever car she wants - of course id have to bump up the stereo a lil in it , some more subwoofers n stuff, see what some mags would be for it, get a hitch for my trailer .......

I had an `89 F150 2 wheel drive. It had the 4.9 straight 6, and a 4 speed with overdrive. The damn thing was a monster, it had torque out the ass. It had over 200,000 miles on it when I sold it, and I only sold it because it rotted out beyond repair and the guy who bought it wanted the motor and transmission. I had to laugh, I bought it for $150, ran the hell out of it for 5 years and sold it for $500. Pretty good return I think.
