does anybody know what i might find a big horizontal shaft motor? excuse the spelling its been a long day lol

How big and how much money? I've seen a few 16hp honda clones for under $300 shipped.

well its goin on a 782 cub cadet with hydrolics so it needs to be at least a 16 hp it came with a 17 kohler twin so i was hoping something like that, i was just wondering what i might find one on, like would the be on generators or like that

The older sears tractors had Onan twins that would work and they can still be found pretty cheap.

I repowered my 782 with a 13.5HP Kohler Command. With chains on loaded tires the tractor will lift the front end or spin out before it runs out of power

i figured it would have enough power but thanks for the help lol can you put some pics up so i can see yours? i got the thing for free and if i can get a motor ill fix it if not well i already have a few projects going lol
