Not really a new member, as I have been lurking since 2016. But first post.

Out of Mapleton, Iowa. Not many Off Road Mowers in my area. I got 300 acres of fence rows and trees to ride in/on, so building a tractor for that.

Rebuilt a Sears Suburban 12 with original Tecumseh and built a custom ignition as the old CDI was toast.

Currently working on an off road SS16 with a Kohler 13hp OHV motor.

Thx for all the inspiration, some really great tractors here.

I knew I’d seen you online from time to time, glad you finally made a post! Would love to see your build.

I know a few guys on FB in Wisconsin that ride. They are probably a good 6 hours from you, but closest folks I can think of. You can look up the Wisconsin off-road mowers group on FB if you’re interested.
