Site Updates

If you navigate to certain sections, I have updated some layouts for the site. Build-Off and TTC are inside a sub-forum category called Competitions and Challenges now instead of being out on their own sub-forums. I have also moved New Member forums up so new people can see that first. Also Project Builds have been moved up as well, as to not get lost in the page. I hope to maybe give some graphics for the sub-forums too in the future to help with navigation.
