Has a fuel pump ya? Tank in the back perhaps? If so that's fairly common to happen until it primes itself, you can get a 1 way fuel valve you put inline to stop the fuel from running back to the tank, I recommend installing it close to the tank. When I run a motor out of fuel, before I even attempt to start it I wait a minute for the line and fuel bowl to fill up then turn (or pull) it over a few times with the choke on, ignition off (or spark plug wire off) to help the system prime back up. Works for me anyways!

could a doc locker 2.0 be performed on a dana spicer for under 100$? i will also build a transaxle brace and grease fitting everything to build one that couldnt be killed by normal use and high speed driving lol
I like the idea of adding grease fittings to the outer axle housings. A pump of grease every now and then and no issues with leaks. Also, the brace is a great idea IMO. I have saved some pics for future reference. Watching to see what you come up with. One thing I will do is brace the frame where the transaxle bolts to it. Flexing there will end up cracking the housing.

i think after school today im gonna start tearing down my spare transaxle and im gonna modify it and possibly weld the diff because i doubt ill ride the tractor hard enough to break a welded diff, then ive gotta start building a brace for the bottom of the transaxle and also i gotta take the input shaft out cut the old pully hub thats rusted on it needs to come off someone already took a death wheel to it. then i need to drill and tap a hole for a grease fitting in the input on the housing which ill grab one when i go to grab a cutoff wheel. and i also need two more grease fittings for each axle to keep water out and ill make sure every bolt has anti seize and ill even paint the housing and regrease everything. also i managed to run my hood over and then i cut the bottom bit that was broken and unbent the top and now it looks like maine mud mower. ill upload pics later

Just my opinion Because i was told this a long time ago. now i don't know for sure but it makes since to me that you aren't supposed to paint aluminum transmissions/trans axles because it holds in heat if you do and heat breaks down lubricants oil/grease that's why automotive trans. aren't painted.
