Decent and reliable digtal camera

I guess probably most everyone now days just uses their phone. But does anyone have any ideas on what's a decent digital camera to get? I'd like to get something for around $125-150ish. My old cannon powershot whatever it is....is about at the end of the line. Had it about 6-8 years so I think it's time to upgrade.

Just get an old Galaxy Active like my phone. I paid like $35-40 for it. Dont need to have a service plan, can just use wifi.
