| Utilizing fearlessfronts' method to lock a rear, how durable is it? I'm going to be running 27" tires on my 820 and would like to know if it would hold up. It's on my bolens with a 4" engine and 6.5" trans pulley. It also has a 12 hp Briggs powering it. | |

| If you can get a good weld, the weak point would be the case. That style could allow for some flex and split the case if you run it hard. Fearless and many others have had luck and it has come out very durable. Personally, I like the solid axle. Doc style | |

| I'm planning on building a case support truss/skid underneath and top brace as well hopefully incorporating my lift blocks into it as well. | |

| The way I locked my 820 is I used the fearless method, then meshed the teeth together and filled in all the teeth that don’t mesh with weld. That way if the pin breaks you still have the fozzy locker. I only did the fozzy on this because it has a diff carrier. You don’t wanna do it to an mst or 900 or something | |
