| so i have a stock craftsman im looking to make go about 20-25mph it has a spicer 4360-122 transaxle in it and 20" tires which i later plan on upgrading to 21s it has a 19.5 hp briggs oppyon it thats gonna remain governed so what would be the best pulley sizes to use? i want to still have a decent amount of torque but without having to spend a buttload on pulleys currently it has a 3.5" front and a 9" rear | |

| I got in the 20's with a 6 engine and 5.5 rear. That is an MST trans, but shouldn't be too different. Be sure there is no play in your steering as you may loose control and roll. | |

| Yeah that’s a pretty poor steering design. Generally people run 1:1 pulley ratios or there about with 4 or 5 inch pulleys front and rear. Go with the larger pulleys and you won’t have to worry about belt slip | |

| Engine crank - 1" and trans pinion - 5/8" is pretty standard.
