Finished the front wheels today I used the original lawnmower rim cut it so it so would fit into the atv rim and drilled  4 holes to match the bolt pattern. Lines up perfect and it’s fairly well centered. I installed heavy duty bearings and added a grease nipple on each side. Cleaned everything down and painted it turned out real nice and is very heavy duty. I also fabricated a double pulley clutch and put on new pulleys which are very heavy duty aswell.

Ive made a lot of progress over the last few weeks. I fabricated a hood out of steel sheet and cut out 2 rectangles for led headlights I started making a front grill out of rebar and I cut out a section out of the rear hitch plate in order to fit my new mechanical suspension seat because it’s a bit taller than a standard seat. Just did a quick mock up and I’m quite pleased on how it looks. I also stripped down the frame I fabricated and sprayed it gloss black

Got a good bit done over the last few weeks got the bonnet finished and painted and lights installed. Rear mudguards finished and painted. Got my new mechanical suspension seat painted and installed got the new double pulley clutch installed and new Kevlar belt on its running and drive great now plenty of speed very happy with the progress so far

What's up with your steering?

I like the foot boards, nice setup! And I didn't even know you made your own custom hood! I didn't look through the first page right away. Turned out really nice. Pretty nice spindle braces too. A lot of work involved doing that steering wheel I would think. Having to line it up and weld each link. Nice!

Builds that have no update since creation, or several months no update will go into a "Build Probation" folder for not following the rules.

RULE: Entrants MUST update their thread at least monthly detailing progress, with either write-ups, videos and/or photos.

Builds still in this folder at the end of the build-off will automatically be deemed "Disqualified!" To have your build removed from the Probation, you will need to petition the Admin Team to have it taken back out no later than 30 days before competition end.
